Global Citizen Leader

The ‘Global Citizen Leader (GCL) program is designed by Leadership Beyond Boundaries (LBB), a global initiative by the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) Singapore.

At GCL, students are exposed to a variety of business scenarios that challenge them to think critically and creatively. These scenarios include expanding upon a business idea, increasing financial scope in a given situation, providing solutions to a particular management or business problem, and planning and preparation for social campaigns by the guest companies.

By engaging in these scenarios, students develop their analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as their ability to work collaboratively with others. Additionally, the exposure to guest companies and their social campaigns offers students an opportunity to learn about the social responsibility aspects of business, further expanding their understanding of the role of business in society.

Overall, the wide range of business scenarios presented to students at GCL prepares them for the challenges they will face in the business world, and equips them with the knowledge and skills necessary

Library Facility Computer Centre

The library at iFEEL is a comprehensive resource center with an extensive collection of books, journals, and digital resources. It provides a serene and well-organized environment conducive to study and research.

The library and computer center at iFEEL together enhance learning by combining traditional and modern resources. This seamless access supports collaborative projects and interdisciplinary studies, creating an environment that promotes innovation, creativity, and academic excellence.

The Computer Center at iFEEL is equipped with high-speed internet, advanced software, and hardware, supporting the technological needs of students and faculty. It offers hands-on learning experiences with cutting-edge tools.

Inbound and Outbound Activities

Inbound activities such as simulations, group discussions, and role-playing exercises are conducted in classrooms and allow students to apply their theoretical knowledge .

Outbound activities such as Adventure activities, field trips, and community service projects are conducted outside the classroom and provide hands-on learning experiences.

At iFEEL, we believe that a combination of inbound and outbound activities helps our students develop a holistic perspective towards management education.

Study Tours and Industrial Visits

Domestic Industrial Visit

iFEEL Students visits to factories, manufacturing units, research centres, and other industrial facilities. Our students get to interact with industry experts, learn about the latest technological advancements, and understand how industries function. The visits are organized in collaboration with leading companies and institutions across India.We have taken our students for an industry visit in the companies like Parle-G, Bisleri, Mahindra & Mahindra, General Motors, Coca-Cola, Sakal Times, Hyundai Construction Equipment, Bajaj Auto, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, Lear Automation, Belrise Industries Ltd. and many more.

International Industrial Visit

International - We also organize international industrial visits to countries such as the USA, Germany, Japan, China, and Singapore. Our international visits provide our students with an opportunity to learn about different cultures, explore new technologies, and understand how industries operate in different countries.

Our students get to visit world-renowned companies, research centers, and other industrial facilities.​ We have taken our students to Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, China, Germany and Austria and visited the companies like ABB, Volvo, Ikea, Ericsson, Toyota, Mitsubishi Electricals, Bao Steel, Lenovo, BMW, Audi, Swarovski and many more.
