What is CIC (Corporate is customer) Model in GIBS ?
The CIC (Corporate is a customer) Model is a transformative approach to education and training, positioning corporations as primary customers. In this paradigm, educational institutions like GIBS view their faculties as the machinery, geared to equip and refine students, who are seen as the products. These ‘products’, once honed and polished, are then presented to corporations. GIBS places its highest focus on corporates because they are not just recruiters but customers, investing in the form of fees. Recognizing this dynamic, GIBS ensures that its curriculum, training, and offerings are tailored to meet the evolving needs and expectations of the corporate world, guaranteeing a premium, industry-ready product.
What are the eligibility criteria for the PGDM program at GIBS?
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 or 4) with a aggregate minimum of 50% marks in any discipline from universities. you can apply based on scores from CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, or State CET tests. Candidates with work experience and additional qualifications are given extra weightage. Those in their final year of undergraduate studies can also apply. NRI/company-sponsored candidates can seek admission based on their prior record, group discussion, and personal interview.
