At ASM, the endeavour is to bring the best from industry and academia to our students of PGDM. One such endeavour was the immersion program at IIM Nagpur, designed exclusively for ASM’s PGDM students.
The week-long immersion program at IIM Nagpur was a blend of lectures by experts in the field, industry visits, interaction with industry partners, fun sports activities, and an extremely engaging knowledge-sharing session by various student committees.
The key takeaway from the entire program was the need to have in-depth skills and knowledge, to be self-driven, organized, and hardworking, and to focus on holistic learning.
The learning outcomes were perfectly matched to the learning objectives of ASM. Students came back totally enriched and motivated to take the business world by storm, and the institution sees a lot of learning the students have undergone.

ASM's PERCEPT Case Study Competition, held annually, is a key part of ASM's 360-degree approach to case study competitions for all stakeholders. It stands out as no other B-school in India, including IIMs, conducts simultaneous case study competitions across all management specializations.
Young Indians (YI), a movement for Indian youth to lead, co-create, and shape India’s future, is an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), a non-government, not-for-profit organization driving India’s development.

Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that enhances public speaking and leadership skills through its global network of clubs.
ASM collaborates with Toastmasters Club to help students improve their communication and interpersonal skills. Monthly table talk discussions enable students to become confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.

The Sports Club promotes healthy sporting habits among students, fostering teamwork, discipline, and team spirit. It emphasizes the values of time management, precision, and competitiveness.
PGDM and MBA students actively organize and participate in sports activities like badminton, table tennis, volleyball, and cricket every Friday.
