Business Immersion

• Business Immersion (BI) at KIM is a crucial part of the educational experience, aiming to connect academia with industry.
• Student interns undergo a two month rigorous program in various companies after completing the 3rd term.
• BI simulates a real work environment, providing students with exposure to technical and social skills while interacting with professionals.
• Key stakeholders including KIM's Director, Dean of Academics, BI Faculty Coordinator, Placement Executive, student representatives for placements(PRs), and the PGDM office ensure proper coordination and smooth conduct of BI.
• Faculty and companies play pivotal roles in monitoring and guiding student interns to successfully complete BI.
