ISB&M Bengaluru – The Journey & Milestones

2005- ISB&M was launched successfully in Pune and the growing demand from students from across the country prompted us to start the Bengaluru campus in Marathahalli behind the old airport in the year 2005. We started with 44 students who trusted us and our ability to provide them with a successful career path. Today most of the first batch students are in leading organizations and some have also become successful first generation entrepreneurs. Our intake of students increased gradually and many more joined us.

2009-The demand for space grew and hence we opted to move to larger space. We moved to the industrial area of sompura in dabaspet and the college is on a five-acre land surrounded by more than 300 companies. Some of the reputed companies like the Minda group, triveni engineering, Jindal group and a host of other big brands are located in the vicinity of the college. The college is fully residential and all students stay in highly modern well equipped hostels. The college is well connected to the city with multiple modes of transport like trains, buses etc.,

The Journey & Milestones ISB&M Bengaluru

ISB&M was launched in 2000, in Pune, as a way to revolutionize Management education and transform the lives of every student to pass through its halls. ISB&M Bangalore, outside academics, is fully student-driven and offers an enriching campus experience for all our students; different student cells, clubs & event teams independently take charge of a variety of activities, events, fests & competitions. The Student Council conceptualizes the flagship events of the institute and actualizes them, working with the event-specific teams. The Student council also guides various cells & clubs in planning various activities and events, and monitors their flawless execution.

PRESIDENT & VICE PRESIDENT

President and Vice President of the student's council are responsible for driving all initiatives and serve as an umbrella body for all clubs and cells on campus, ensuring their smooth operation at every juncture. Digital Marketing and Footprint cell

The Digi-cell seeks to tell the story of ISB&M Bangalore to all its stakeholders. The cell generates a repository of moments of various events and activities organised in the institute & communicates it to the audience across a variety of social media platforms.

SPORT'S CELL

In alignment with the ISB&M philosophy of holistic development of students, the sports cell aims to promote a culture of sportsmanship & competitiveness by organizing sports & fitness activities regularly. Working with the physical fitness instructor, the cell also handles the responsibility of keeping the students physically & mentally fit.

Marcore (Marketing Club)

Marcore strives to translate classroom learnings in Marketing to real-life situations & problems by conducting live-projects and competitions.

VITTASHASTRA (Finance Club)

FORZA

ISB&M celebrates its anniversary every year with Force, Zest and Attitude which symbolizes FORZA. The event is held on the 23rd & 24th of July by the students, faculty and alumni across all the three campuses of the Institute. The theme for Forza 2022 was "Breaking All Barriers". The intense competition prevailing in all the events brings out the best in the students and shows the never say die attitude which is the dictum of the institute.

DISCIPLINE & CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Carry Identity Card with you all the time.
  • Switch of mobile phones in the classroom, Library Computer Labs and in academic activity.
  • Maintain silence in the corridors, inside and outside the classrooms.
  • Attend all lectures, tutorials and extra-curricular activities regularly.

  • Use Library and Computer Labs during free time.
  • Not to spoil and disfigure library books.
  • Avoid writing /scribbling on the walls, benches of the classroom.
